PWD Discount
Persons With Disability (PWD) shall enjoy the standard 20% Discount for Appetites and Activities but not applicable on Accommodations and Amenities. Depending on condition, we are not encouraging PWDs to go camping at the BLOC Camp Site as camp sites are commonly not PWD-friendly due to its natural site conditions being situated usually on rolling if not rough terrains like on lakeshores or top of the mountains. Yet still, PWDs are absolutely always welcome most especially if they are accompanied by their loved-ones.
Senior Citizen Discount
Senior Citizens with I.D. shall enjoy the standard 20% Discount for Appetites and Activities but not applicable on Accommodations and Amenities. The same with younger children, older senior citizens are required to be accompanied by their family to ensure their safety as camp sites are challenging, naturally.
Day Trip / Day Tour Rates
Day Camping Trip is allowed, starting from 6AM until 6PM time duration only; and with a day tour fee of P600 per pax only. An additional of P100 per pax for every hour beyond 6PM and allowed until 11PM only.
Ocular Site Visit Fee
Ocular site visit is also allowed for a corresponding fee of P100 per pax per hour only. Visitors are allowed to see the camp site facilities but should be accompanied and assisted by a camp site staff during inquiry. Visitors are strictly not allowed to take photos nor videos and should refrain from getting near the places of the Glamping accommodation units as there may be booked guests inside who need their own privacy.
Pet Friendly / Pet Fee
The BLOC Camp Site is pet-friendly, allowing household pets particularly cats and dogs to go camping with their pet parents or their fur family. Each pet shall be counted as 1 pax for its corresponding camping fee. Just be fully-responsible and accountable pet owners if you will bring your pet to go Glamping with you. We expect that you will always take care of their mess at all times. In case there’s a carpet inside the unit, it shall be instantly removed if guests are with pets. As much as possible, keep your pets in a crib and place them outside the room. Pets are not allowed to go on to the linens (kakapit balahibo) and sofa bed (may nasira na kasi dati dahil sa kalmot o kagat). Speaking of “kagat”, make sure that your pets have their own proper vaccinations and keep them away from other people that would accidentally “makakagat” of others. We need to be careful. The hospitals are many kilometers far away from the camp site. Prevention is better than cure. Based on our staffs' past experiences, pets like dogs and cats are risk to sofa bed. We have incidents that pets have the tendency to create holes or to scratch our sofa bed, throw pillows, comforters, or scratch the walls. Aside from the odor, pet hair also goes to our soft linen fabrics like bed sheets and blankets; and our camp site staffs had a hard time removing them. Damaged properties shall be paid (with its original new price) and should be shouldered by its pet owner. Pets can be with their owners inside the unit at night but pets should be within their own separate crib during the sleeping time.

Within the same camp site of the Camp-T-House can be found are different themed T-Houses including the Main-Truck-T-House, Mini-Truck-T-House, the Boat-T-House, Tree-T-House, and the Tent-T-House. While most are Fan Units only, the last 2 Units have Aircon options. All of these Units are lake-front or nestled near the lake, common Swimming Pool, and with shared T&B.
2.) REST-T-HOUSE – There are 10 Rest-T-House lake-view Accommodation Units that come in different sizes as well as prices. Accommodation units are named from Unit-101 and Unit 102 (the tallest triple-level units near the carpark building) all the way to the lower and farthest Unit-501 and 502 (the tiniest single-level units) nearer to the bonfire area and the lake. Basically, all Rest-T-House Units got the same floor plan or layout and floor area or size at its main floor. What differentiates mainly is the level/height. Units at the back of Units are purposely taller, to offer a higher vantage viewpoint of the mountain-lake.
Level-1: The main level is like a studio-type tiny house unit - it showcases a breathtaking lake-view deck, furnished with a pair of chairs and table, fronting a rainwater catchment cistern (mini-pool), equipped with an outdoor shower, and an al fresco hammock on top, lit by a perimeter string light at night; a service deck (smoking area) at the back where Guest's pets are also allowed to stay overnight; a small toilet and bath en suite, complete with shower, plus a toilet with a bidet; a pocket kitchenette with a wash basin sculptural counter; a sofa-bed lounging area for indoor relaxing and resting refuge; and to most units except Accommodation Units 501 & 502, there’s an artsy staircase going up to the Level-2.
Level-2: The second level is either a loft or a second floor. It serves as (extra) sleeping area that could accommodate up to 3 or even 4 if kids are included. Aside from the hammock outside, there's also a hammock inside that could also serve as another sleeping area; a chill spot to read a book or take a nap.
Level-0: Yes, there is an extra level underneath for most of the units (except for Unit 501 and Unit 502). The shelter space (silong) serves as a space ideal for small vegetable garden with built-in cages ideal for pet-farm animals like goats or lambs and ducks or rabbits. These are part of the exciting vision for the future but not there yet at the moment. An option without the animals, the space can be utilized as an alfresco dining or lounging area. From Unit 101 all the way to 302, there is a BBQ grill and a kitchen sink.
To describe the differences, here are some more details: Unit 101 & Unit 102 (good for 1 to 4 adults and extra up to 2 kids) - 3 Levels: Tall-height Level-0, typical Level-1, tall or full-height Level-2; Unit 201 & Unit 202 (good for 1 to 4 adults and extra up to 1 kid) - 3 Levels: Semi-Tall Level-0, typical Level-1, tall-at-the-middle or semi-full-height Level-2; Unit 301 & Unit 302 (good for 1 to 4 adults and extra up to 1 kid) - 3 Levels: Semi-Tall Level-0, typical Level-1, tall-at-the-side or semi-full-height Level-2; Unit 401 & Unit 402 (good for 1 to 3 adults and extra up to 1 kid) - 3 Levels: Low Level-0, typical Level-1, half-height or loft-type Level-2; Unit 501 & Unit 502 (good for 1 to 2 adults and extra up to 1 kid) - 1 Level: No Level-0, typical Level-1, No Level-2, but with an unobstructed lake-view, and so close to the bonfire bonding area.
3.) NEST-T-HOUSE – Since Camping is still the main theme, the Nest-T-House Forest-Hill Glamping Units basically serve as Camping Cabins that are way much better than Camping Tents. Henceforth, Glamping. There are five (5) Accommodation Units at the Nest-T-House that come in diverse sizes as well as prices.

Lake-view units at the Camp-T-House are units like Tent-T-House as well as the Main & Mini-Truck-T-House and all of the units at the Rest-T-House. Floating at the lake connected by steel bridge is the Boat-T-House.
Farm Stay Accommodation Units
Our farm-stay accommodation units are all the cabins at Nest-T-House as well as units at the Farm-T-House.
Coming-Soon Accommodation Units
Yes, we have new accommodation units in the pipe line: 1) Smart-T-House – a state-of-the art technology-centric smart tiny house that could accommodate up to 10 pax which is our top-of-the-line exclusive unit and soon to be available on a full (1-week) or half (half-week) time-share basis; 2) Guest-T-House – perfect to those nomads, from 1 pax to around 5 pax, who would want a long-term stay mountain-lake lifestyle experience like monthly or annually, to save significantly; Staff-T-House – same with the Guest-T-House, but a fraction of the rate, ideal for low-budget-friendly seekers, or for companions like helpers or drivers.
Accommodation Units Capacity
Ideally, most of our accommodation units are either 1 to 2 pax max (for solo travelers or romantic couples) or 3 to 4 pax max (double couples, small family or friends). But we also have a few that could house more.
1 to 2 pax max units at Camp-T-House are the Tube-T-House, Airy-T-House, Boat-T-House, Tree-T-House, Main-Truck-T-House and Mini-Truck-T-House; at the Rest-T-House are units 501 and 502; at Farm-T-House are Farm-Tube-T-House and Farm-Airy-T-House; and at Nest-T-House are accommodations A1, F1 and F2. *Although said units from Farm-T-House and Nest-T-House could actually add one more pax or 3 pax max.
3 to 4 pax max units at Camp-T-House are both the Cube-T-House A and B; At the Rest-T-House are the rest of the units from 101, 102, 201, 202, 301, 302, 401, and 402; at Farm-T-House is Farm-Slim-T-House; at Nest-T-House are units D1 and D2. Again, these units could be maximized to still fit-in up to 5 pax max.
6 to 8 pax max units at Camp-T-House is the Tent-T-House; while 8 to 10 pax max is the Lake-T-House unit.
Fan Rooms vs Aircon Rooms
Based on the provided standard rates, all our accommodations by default are fan units. But there are units with aircon options. At Camp-T-House, these units are the Tree-T-House and the Tent-T-House (with the Cube-T-House unit with aircon but still under repair); at the Rest-T-House, all units are with aircon option; at the Farm-T-House, all units are without aircon options; at Nest-T-House, all units are with aircon option. Unlike before when the price difference was bigger, the new aircon upgrade price now is more affordable. Kindly take into consideration that the rate of electric power consumption at FLECO is almost 2x MERALCO. Thus, the need to add cost for aircon upgrades. Actually, there is no need for aircon since it is cold on site. All of our camp sites are situated on top of the mountains surrounded either by cool lake water or trees.
Sleeping Bed / Mattress
Camping is still the main theme. The primary purpose is to enjoy nature-adventure and at the end of the day, you have better cabin accommodations than camping tents. Said accommodations are not intended for long stays or staycations hence does not necessitates to feature formal hotel beds. Instead, transformer sofa beds are provided or foldable mattresses. For extra pax, they need to bring their own sleeping bags.
Toilet & Bath
When the camp site started, all accommodations are just camping tents. Therefore, the available comfort rooms are common or toilet & bath facilities are shared. During the pandemic lockdowns, the camping tents were all upgraded into tiny house (T-House) cabins. And yet, all these T-Houses juxtaposed along the lakeshore are still without CR. The purpose was to maintain the cleanliness of the lake or the environment. All lake-front units at the Camp-T-House are without toilet & bath except for the mobile Truck-T-House which features a wash area and a bathroom yet still no toilet en suite. The same when other camp sites were opened for expansions, units at Farm-T-House also were provided only with common toilet & bath. To add more value to the units that are not lake-front yet still lake-view, all accommodations far from the lake particularly at the Rest-T-House camp site have their own toilet & bath en suite as well as a mini pool. Meanwhile, all accommodation units at the Nest-T-House also have their own T&B underneath each unit.
Bidet
Most especially to us all Filipinos, a necessity (and sometimes luxury) consideration, is a bidet in each CR. It is a must have. Hence, expect that all of the comfort rooms or toilet & baths are provided with a bidet.
Hot Shower
You'll notice inside each toilet & bath of the accommodation units is a high wattage hot shower installed. They’re still there but are no longer functioning. Before whenever hot shower was turned on, either the circuit breaker will always trip or the wires will burn affecting the entire camp site of a power outage that agitates all other guest. The power supply often fluctuated affecting other appliances to malfunction too. So, these hot showers are now disconnected to prevent fire hazards as well as hassles from other guests. Accommodation unit rates provided exclude extra convenience and comfort like aircon or shower heater.
Towels & Toiletries
Most of our past guests bring their own towels and toiletries as these are considered as personal stuffs. But to those who happen to forget bringing their personal things, a store is available on site to buy stuffs.
Mini-Pool / Swimming Pool
Each of our different camp site features a pool experience. At the lake-front Camp-T-House, shared among all units is a huge yet portable Intex pool; as for the Rest-T-House, each unit showcases a cool mini-pool; there is also a common Intex pool at the Lake-T-House accommodation unit; whereas at the Nest-T-House, there is an access to the large swimming pool at the back of the (vice) mayor’s house, for all guests booked.
Changing Pool Water
The direct cost to replace the water content of the pool at each unit of the Rest-T-House is around P4,000. That amount is actually more than the booking fee of each of the Glamping accommodation, overnight. Unlike most resorts or camp sites around that utilize murky water coming from the lake, we use clean water coming from the underground through a deep well. Henceforth, our pool water is way much cleaner. We invested more than 2 million pesos not just for the submersible pump and drilling for a deep well but also for the 12,000-gallon concrete tank or water cistern. We replace pool water weekly considering that we usually have guests only during the weekends and seldomly during weekdays. When you see the pool water not crystal clear, it is actually still clean or at least way much cleaner than pools from the lake water. Factuality, the purpose of the mini-pools was to serve as rain water catchment cisterns, to save on water.
Relaxing Hammocks
Majority or several of our accommodation units feature a hammock (or two), for resting or for relaxation. At the Camp-T-House, units with hammock are the Tree-T-House, the Truck-T-House, and the Tent-T-House. The Tree-T-House offers a lake-fronting floor-hammock up on top and a swing-type hammock down below. Actually, there is also a dream-catcher type swing to partner the hammock. Same with the Tent-T-House, there’s a swing-type hammock as well as a dream-catcher swing. At the Rest-T-House, there is a floor-type hammock at the loft inside of each unit and a relaxing floating hammock outside, on top of the mini-pool. Meanwhile at the Nest-T-House, all units also feature either a relaxing floor hammock indoors or outdoors.
Table & Chairs
All accommodation units have at least a table and a pair of chairs, often set outdoors at the lounging deck.
Barbecue Grill
Although a communal wash and cooking area with barbecue grille facility is provided for all booked guests, there are units (from 101 to 302) at the Rest-T-House (underneath) with its own wash area and a BBQ grill.
Bottle Opener
Each accommodation unit was installed with a (beer) bottle opener that can be found at the outdoor deck.
Special Decorations
For special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries, you can coordinate with us to help you setup the unit with special decorations. Past guests were sending us in advance thru courier any of their surprise decors.
Guidelines & Hotlines
Inside each unit usually are summary of guidelines as well as emergency hotlines. Guidelines such as the NO Shoes/Slippers/Sandals allowed inside the unit; or outdoor furniture cannot be taken inside, vice versa.
APPETITES
Menu
Camp-T-House / Rest-T-House / Lake-T-House:
During booking inquiries, usually our menu is being provided so you could order in advance (or pre-order).
Nest-T-House:
Upon your arrival on-site, request from the staff-on-duty the menu for food delivery as there's a delivery service near the site.
Food Order vs Pre-Order
At Camp-T-House, Rest-T-House, and Lake-T-House, food orders can be conducted on site. The possibility though that the food that you would like to order is lower compared to when you pre-order. Pre-order is when you place your food order in advance or ahead. We do not stock a lot of food on site for a more efficient inventories avoiding food wastage and spoilage. During the schedule of going downtown (20 kilometers away) to buy food and other supplies in the market, food pre-orders are assured to be included in the list. Also, enjoy 50% off in some meals when pre-ordered.
Bring Own Food & Drinks / Corkage Fee
Camping is still the main theme. Better to bring all the food and drinks you want to enjoy during camping. Yes, like steaks and sausages or barbecues to grill, food for samgyup, or snacks as well as different drinks. No worries, corkage fee is now for free! Cooking is also allowed at the designated communal cooking area.
Cooking / Rentable
You are allowed, rather, encouraged to bring all your portable cooking stoves, cooking ware, as well as kitchen utensils to truly enjoy the camping theme. We have a designated guests communal cooking area where you can wash, prepare, grill, and cook food. There’s also a power outlet provided for regular wattage appliances like rice cooker so you could cook in convenience. High wattage appliances like air-fryer strictly are not allowed as electrical power lines and circuit breakers are limited to low wattage appliances only. There is an option to rent for an overnight use of a portable stove (super-kalan) or ask for set of charcoal for a minimal fee. If you forgot to bring your own, ice coolers are available for rent to store food and drinks.
Food Storage / Freezer / Cooler
Still, it would be better if you will bring your own ice coolers to ensure that your drinks are cold and left-over food can still be preserved overnight and be consumed the following day. Depending on situation, there is a small chance that you can store your food in the camp kitchen’s chest freezer or the refrigerator; since said cold storage for food are also being used to stock food for orders and pre-orders of the guests at Camp-T-House or Rest-T-House.
Variety / Convenience Store
The camp site is located in a barrio on top of the Sierra Madre mountains hence supermarkets or stores are far away to access. The good thing, we have our own shop or store at the Camp-T-House where you can buy basic necessities. Yet still, better to shop or buy everything you think you’re going to need before you travel to the campsite.
Bonfire / S’mores
Camping is not complete without campfire. And during bonfire bonding, it would be best experienced if you didn’t forget not only hotdogs but marshmallows to roast as well as Graham crackers for your s’mores. No worries, expect that we have ample supplies needed to make s’mores, including a longer bamboo stick. The first set of firewood for bonfire is complimentary or for free. Succeeding sets are available, for a fee. Take note that the complimentary bonfire is available to all booked guests around 8 o’clock in the evening. In case of rain during the evening, it is understandable that complimentary bonfire may not be provided.
ACCESS
Camp Site Access
Presently, there are at least five (5) branches of the BLOC Camp Site: 1) Camp-T-House; 2) Farm-T-House; 3) Rest-T-House; 4) Nest-T-House; 5) Lake-T-House (Club-T-House). Each camp site is exclusive to its own, meaning, there’s a separate fee to access each camp site. For camp visitors who would like to inquire only, there is a corresponding fee of P100 per pax per hour. For guests booked within the same day on other branches of BLOC Camp Site, they could enjoy access to other camp sites on a 50% discount or P50 only.
Day-Trip Access
To explore, experience, and enjoy the various camp sites even not for an overnight, day-trips are allowed. This option will provide access like to the lake if at Camp-T-House or to the farm if Farm-T-House or even at Nest-T-House. Also, day-trip will provide access to the BLOC Camp Café, BLOC Gastro Grill or Gastro Park. The key difference between an overnight stay and day-trip is the time. Overnight id from 3PM to 11AM the following day while day-trip time is from 6AM to 6PM. Time extension is allowed on a per hour basis for a fee. If during the day-trip whereby accommodation unit will be availed, the rate is similar as overnight.
Restaurant Access
Outside guests or visitors are welcome and allowed to dine at either the BLOC Camp Café (breakfast time), BLOC Gastro Park (afternoon snack time), or the BLOC Gastro Grill (lunch and dinner time) without a fee, as long as they will order or buy food and beverages from the aforementioned BLOC food establishments. Yet they are essentially provided to serve the officially booked guests, for their pre-orders or onsite orders. The BLOC Bistro Bar is available and accessible only for exclusive booking and/or for corporate packages.
Lake Access / Safety
Automatically, guests who are booked at the Camp-T-House as well as the Lake-T-House shall have an access to the lake and enjoy lake-water activities since these 2 camp sites are located in front of the lake. Guests from camp sites like the Farm-T-House, Rest-T-House, and the Nest-T-House and visitors need to avail the day-trip fee to access the lake. There are a number of lake water activities that can be enjoyed, such as boating thru solo kayak, couples canoe, stand-up paddle board, and other inflatable water vessels, lake island-hopping boat trip, fishing, and of course, swimming! Yes, it is safe to swim at the lake. Safety life vests are strictly required and they are provided by the BLOC Camp Site for free. Fishing is also for free! If in case you are interested to know how deep is the lake, it is shallow from the lakeshore but gradually goes deep at the middle that at some point, you can sink an entire bamboo pole or sometimes even more. But as long as you are wearing the required safety life-vest, you are safe to experience and enjoy the lake. You may also wonder if there’s a crocodile in that lake. The straight answer is NONE. Unlike other lakes that are centuries old, the twin lakes of Caliraya Lake and Sierra Lake is just a man-made lake developed not long time ago for the Caliraya Dam to generate hydro-electric power. Therefore, no crocs, but only fish.
Boat / Vehicular Access
The Camp-T-House is a lake-front property yet unlike other camp sites or resorts that are only accessible by boat, the Camp-T-House, as well as the Lake-T-House are accessible both by boats, and easily by cars. In fact, it is also easily accessible not only by private cars but also via commute thru public transportation. As an option to commuting, the BLOC Camp Site also have partners that provide shuttle service to guests.
Travel Time
Unlike other camp sites or resorts whereas the travel time is 4 to 5 hours or more whereby you wasted your valuable time just for the long drive, or others that are reachable within an hour or less than 2 hours that you still haven’t enjoyed the road-trip journey and you’re all finally there quickly at your destination, the travel time to reach the BLOC Camp Site is “just right”, which is more or less around 3-hour drive only. All the different T-House camp sites can be easily located and searched either thru Waze or at Google Map.
Vehicular Parking / Fee
The Camp-T-House’s parking lot can accommodate at least 10 cars and almost unlimited for motorcycles; the parking lot for the Farm-T-House can accommodate around 8 cars or more since the farm is so vast; the car park building of the Rest-T-House can accommodate 10 to 12 cars; the Nest-T-House’s parking lot can fit in at least 5 vehicles; while the gated parking compound of the Lake-T-House can accommodate 8, unless the parking ground will be used for car camping or truck camping which will limit it to fewer slots. There was before a parking fee to each of the aforementioned parking lots. But now, all parking is for free!
Accommodation Unit Access
Each unit is equipped with door locks controllable inside by guests. In case guests will leave their booked unit, simply entrust the unit to the available staff-on-duty so that they could safe-guard the guests’ unit. No need to ask for they door key since it is prone before of being lost. If needed, there’s a key deposit fee.
Internet Wi-Fi Access / Signal
All the country’s telephone and Internet network providers for communication data including Globe and Smart are available with the latter being stronger since the cell site tower is so near just around the corner. At the Camp-T-House and the Rest-T-House, we are provided by Converge with their fiber optic line hence wi-fi is available to both camp sites. If you are officially booked, you can simply request staffs to provide you the wi-fi QR code for you to scan and access. Same goes at the Nest-T-House as Converge is available. So that we will have a clear record of all your exact needs, wants, and requirements. Especially that there are different members of the team involved or in-charge for each and every specific role. One for booking, one for the food, one for activities, and another one for accounting and administration. Thank you for understanding.

APPENDICES
CAMPING IS STILL THE MAIN THEME
We are not a (luxury) resort hotel, but a nature-adventure camping site. Bring everything you think you'll gonna need to feel and enjoy camping, including personal stuffs such as extra towels and own toiletries. And yes, it would be really cool if you will also bring your own camping gears and stuffs like LED flash lights, folding camping chairs, ice coolers, (rain) jackets, kitchen utensils, portable stuffs like camping stoves, etc.
T-HOUSE Glamping Unit includes a sofa-bed with soft bed sheet, blankets, and pillows. Also, a provision of LED lighting and power outlets for (gadgets) charging. Barbecue grill is available to all; bring your own sets of charcoals. And do not forget to bring marshmallows to toast and for s'mores, during bonfire bonding!
CAMP SITE SECURITY
Based on our experience, the local community is peaceful and our own camp site property is safe from any intruders or burglars ever since we started our operations. For a couple of years already, not a single incident that there was a case of anything bad happened related to security. Yet still, be careful with your personal belongings since we cannot guarantee about the behavior of the occasional locals or strangers passing by or even your fellow campers around the camp site during your stay. Always keep your unit/s closed when you are leaving it. Doing so will also prevent stray cats or dogs to prey on your food inside your Glamping unit during night time or prevent from getting wet due to unexpected sudden rain shower. CCTVs are installed secretly.
CAMP SITE REMINDERS
Camp site properties covered by your booking as well as those you borrowed or rented will be under your stewardship. You can fully enjoy it but be responsible to replace it or pay for its original price if in case you break it. As much as possible, confine your activities within your designated area. Please be pleasant with other campers especially when you are using the shared or common areas. Campers camp to experience and enjoy the theme of camping. Campers want to experience different camping activities like bonfire bonding or BBQ grilling; and during night time, campers want to relax in the midst of the great outdoors. Kindly respect other campers and observe good camping etiquette. Any disrespectful campers may be ejected and be banned from the property in perpetuity. If you will bring liquors or alcohol, drink responsibly. As a respect to neighboring campers, all loud activities should be mellowed down after 9PM. Total lights off at 11 PM, except lights along pathways leading to the shared facilities like the toilet & bath.
TOILET & BATH
At the Camp-T-House, we have 3 bathrooms in front, 3 at the middle, and 3 more back up comfort rooms at the back. Unlike during weekdays, there are more guests during weekends. This means that more people will share the common toilet & bath facility. Especially during the morning or before checking out, people are lining up because the normal thing to do is to schedule usage of the toilet & bath during the morning. We suggest that you schedule your trip to the t & b during times when only few guests are using it like during the late evening or at the break of dawn. Kindly dispose your used stuffs like sachets in the trash. Common t & b is available at the Farm-T-House shared by the 4 units. The Rest-T-House units have its own toilet & bath en suite or inside each unit. Nest-T-House units have its own toilet & bath underneath. Meanwhile, there is a toilet & bath at the ramp for the guests using the Club-T-House and Lake-T-House.
EARLY CHECK-IN
During the morning, our Camp Site Staffs are all busy focused on booked Guests about to check-out. Between 12NN to 3PM, their focus is on preparing the camping grounds, facilities, and to final-finish the accommodation units for the incoming guests about to check-in. 3PM onwards, they will be free to focus on serving new guests who just checked-in. If guests will arrive earlier than the standard check-in time (3PM), kindly understand if our camp staffs will not be there to serve you promptly, at least temporarily. Thank you for understanding that there's a corresponding fee for early check-in or late check-out per hour.
COOKING
What most of our past guests were doing, they brought their own bought food to grill: like BBQ, steaks, sausages, variety of seafoods, etc., and marshmallows to toast. They also bring their own electric kettle, camping stove (not electric stove/induction cooker) and/or rice cooker and cook their own rice. And of course, they too brought not just food but also their drinks. Simply because camping is still the main theme. And the good news is, the 20% Corkage Fee is now for FREE! Hence you can buy and bring all the food and drinks you want without any fee to explore, experience, and enjoy a truly memorable camping.
COOKING GUIDELINES & REMINDERS
The power outlets provided inside the accommodation unit is good only for small wattage usage like gadgets charging. High wattage appliances like electric kettle or rice cooker are not allowed to be plugged-in at those outlets since it may have a short circuit and burn the wire, and possibly the unit. There is a designated power outlets for high wattage appliances; kindly coordinate with our staffs to show it to you.
FLOATING DOCKS
Floating Docks that you will find at the lake shore are available only to guests who booked it. As a respect to those who booked it, kindly refrain from stepping on those said floating docks. Even if it's not booked by others yet still you did not book it, please refrain from stepping on those floating docks since you might be charged automatically with its rental fee if you do so. Better rent if you want to enjoy the floating dock.
SWIMMING
All campers who will go swimming or boating at the lake are strictly required to use life vests for safety. You are entirely responsible for your own safety, or the safety of your loved ones. Better safe than sorry.
BAREFOOT ZONE
Shoes, sandals, slippers are strictly NOT allowed inside the accommodation unit to maintain cleanliness. Either you place them outside or keep them inside using its own box to keep interior free from dirt or mud.

There are designated dining areas or you can drink and dine outside the unit.
CLEAN AS YOU GO (CLAYGO)
If the guests will bring their own food and drinks, they must bring also their own garbage disposal bags. All booked guests who will bring their own food and drinks are strictly required to also bring out with them and dispose their own garbage or trash (not within the BLOC Camp Site premises or in the town of Cavinti). This cleanliness policy is a stern requirement of the Local Tourism Office. Failure to do so will incur a fee.
KEEP SAFE & SECURED
Always keep the premises of your designated accommodation unit safe and secured. Keep the doors and windows screen closed to prevent any insect from coming in. Never leave your food unattended and do not leave food outside your unit at night. Secure them all inside your ice coolers or within food baskets. During night time, pets like cats and dogs are searching for food. Yes, they are friendly but they are hungry.
AVOID PENALTIES
Bringing-out of things inside the accommodation unit such as table and any linen are strictly not allowed. Bringing-in outside furniture to the accommodation unit like outdoors table & chairs are not allowed. Bringing it down to the grounds like to the grass lawn is not allowed too as said furniture are not designed to be on uneven surfaces like sloped terrain or uneven contours. They might break; will be charged to you. If you happen to break any furniture like table or chair or appliances like electric fans during your stay, be aware that you need to pay for its original brand-new price, plus, mobilization fee of the things you broke. Always take care please of the accommodation unit and all the things in it to avoid any unwanted penalty.
SELF-SERVICE-SYSTEM
Although there are camp site staffs in the property, there are no dedicated staff to serve you full-time when you camp here. It is a Self-Service-System during your stay, a DIY or a Do-It-Yourself way of Camping. If in case you need assistance from staffs like helping you fire charcoals for BBQ grilling, you can politely ask the staffs and they will be happy to help you, especially if they are not too busy. Yes, tips are accepted.
MAXIMUM HEIGHT
Tiny House accommodation units are averagely compact or tiny. Most could only conveniently fit guests with a maximum of about 5'-8" in height, which is the average height of most male Asians like Filipinos. Tall foreigners like Americans or Europeans may opt to book our other bigger, wider, longer or taller units.
AVOID MISUNDERSTANDINGS
Know well the exact location and name of the unit you are booking to avoid any conflict or confusions as well as wrong expectations upon your arrival on site. Book responsibly. Photos shown in the gallery display not just a particular accommodation unit but generally all the units and its surroundings in various views. To avoid misunderstandings, kindly read the descriptions well of your selected unit during your booking.
CONVENIENCE STORE
Buying of own supplies like, food, ice, or charcoal is highly suggested since prices on site are a bit higher. You can pass by a number of convenience stores like 7-11 and AlfaMart. The last AlfaMart store is at the Cavinti town along the highway. Prices here are a bit lower than 7-11, so better buy neglected stuffs here. If you happen to still forgot to buy things you need, we also have own variety store at the BLOC Camp Site.
GUIDE TO THE BLOC CAMP SITE
Going to the Camp-T-House or Rest-T-House options: The easiest way is to find the BLOC Camp Site at Waze or at Google Map. We have 2 alternative ways if Waze or Google Map will be your preferred option:
Option-A (with own vehicle) - Laguna Loop, coming from the South via SLEX - Drive thru SLEX and take Sto. Use Tomas exit (the toll exit is right before Calamba). After a few kilometers, you will see a stoplight with a sign "Bucal by-pass road” passing thru Ayala Greenfields Executive Village. Turn left until you reach Mc Donald’s fast-food at the provincial highway of Laguna between Calamba and Pansol. Then turn right. Drive straight and you will pass by the towns of Los Baños, Bay, Victoria, Pila, Sta. Cruz and then Pagsanjan. When you reach Pagsanjan, a T-junction in front of the Catholic Church will show you two (2) options: Turning left will lead you to Lumban, while turning right will lead you to Cavinti. The shorter route is to turn right. Drive thru a zigzag road until you reach the Cavinti junction. Beware, do not drive to the right since it will get you lost going to Luisiana town. Just drive right or straight ahead so that you will pass by a bridge and another bridge at the Bumbungan eco-park. You can stop by to get some breathtaking photos there or continue driving until you reach a small construction supply or a hardware store at the right side.
The longer route is to turn left, driving up going up all the way to the famous Caliraya Dam. You will pass by the town of Lumban and you will notice a Phoenix fuel station at the left side of the road. Immediately after passing by this gas station, take the road to the right going up a "Y" junction. This road will lead you to Caliraya lake-side and then the barangays of Cavinti like East and West Talaongan, Mahipon, and Lumot. After a lake-side at Brgy. Lumot, you will notice a construction supply or a hardware store in the left corner. This is where you will notice again the signages of the BLOC Camp Site sign. Enter this way and drive straight ahead into a long and winding path. When you reached the inverted "Y" junction, drive straight ahead until you pass-by the covered court and schools in Brgy. Bukal. Right after that, you will see again signages of the BLOC Camp Site. To Camp-T-House, turn left and drive to the end of a short dirt road until you reach the Camp-T-House at the lake shore. To the Rest-T-House, drive straight ahead for less than a hundred meters and you will see left-side the carpark building of the Rest-T-House with welcome signages.
Option-B (with own vehicle) Laguna Loop, coming from the Manila-East Road via Cainta or Antipolo City - Drive towards the town of Famy either thru Teresa or thru Angono. Drive straight ahead until you reach the "Y" junction where you can see Phoenix fuel station before the town of Lumban. Then follow the guide already advised above at Option A, where you will drive up to Caliraya, until you reach the hardware store. This alternative route is shorter and with no toll fee but not necessarily faster due to the zigzag highways.
Going to the Nest-House: You can follow the same routes described earlier either coming from Cavinti or from Caliraya. If from Cavinti, instead of turning right at the hardware store, drive straight ahead until you notice The Hamptons Village main gate at the right side. Drive for a hundred meters more and you will find the Nest-T-House signage at the left and enter the road at the corner. After another hundred meters more drive, you will find the Nest-T-House parking lot. The Nest-T-House property is owned by the Cavinti former Mayor (3 terms) and now Vice Mayor. Now if from Caliraya, just drive straight ahead where you will pass-by the Japanese Garden and Barangay East Talaongan until you reach the earlier said corner with a Nest-T-House sign before the main gate of Hamptons. Turn right at that corner until you reach the site.
Going to the Farm-T-House: Again, you can follow the same routes described earlier going to Cavinti town. But before reaching the “Y” Cavinti junction, there is a fuel station at the left where you will notice first the signage of the Farm-T-House. Turn right and drive for about a kilometer until you reach the camp site.
VIA COMMUTE
Go to the HM Trans Bus Station (or LLi) at Cubao, Quezon City. It's located at EDSA near the intersection of Aurora Blvd. It is right beside the 5 Star Bus Station. As an option, go to the DLTB Bus Station at Pasay. Ride a Bus going to Sta. Cruz, Laguna. When you reach the HM Trans Bus Station or DLTB somewhere near the boundary of Sta. Cruz and Pagsanjan, Laguna, there are jeepneys that are bound to the town of Cavinti. Tell the Driver to bring you to the Jeepney Terminal at Cavinti Town going to Brgy, Bukal. When you reach Brgy. Bukal, alight and ask for the renowned BLOC Camp Site. The driver or the locals will show you the signages of the Camp-T-House or the Rest-T-House. If you are going to the Farm-T-House, stop the jeepney at the Cavinti junction and ride a tricycle. You can do that process too, if you are going to the Nest-T-House.
ATTRACTIONS
Do you know WHY Cavinti is now called and recognized as "The Glamping Capital of the Philippines?"
Water Falls: There are more than a hundred water falls surrounding the BLOC Camp Site in Cavinti town. The renowned locally are the likes of Naculo Falls, the Binakayan Falls, the Sumucab Twin Falls, Cansuso "Ninja" Falls, the Porosa Falls, Balon-Balon Falls, and Kipot Falls, collectively known as Alas Dos Tres Falls, that also include the Jacuzzi Falls, and the infamous Cavinti Falls, formerly known as the Pagsanjan Falls.
Rivers: And of course, if there are more than a hundred waterfalls, there are also a lot of rivers in Cavinti. At the fore is the Bumbungan River at Bumbungan Eco-Park, Secret River, Picnic River, and last but not the least, the Lalangawan River that is located just before tourists & travelers can reach the Cavinti Cave.
Caves: The Cavinti Cave officially known as CURCC or Cavinti Underground River and Cave Complex is comparable to that famous one in Palawan. Enjoy stalactites and stalagmites inside this beautiful cave.
Eco-Parks: Bumbungan Eco-Park - known for its lush scenery and serene environment, this Eco-park highlights refreshing waterfalls, picnic areas like nipa-hut cottages, and a swimming lagoon. The Pueblo El Salvador Eco-Park is "The Gateway to the Cavinti Falls." Visitors trek down to the falls through a series of steps and steel ladders offering a breathtaking nature and adventurous route to the iconic falls. This park emphasizes the preservation of local culture and history with various markers, statue, and a lot of informative displays that educate visitors about the area's heritage. The Japanese Garden Eco-Park serves as an educational site where visitors can learn about the history of Japanese-Philippine relations and the cultural significance of the garden’s various elements. The Japanese Garden is sited near the Caliraya Lake.
Lakes: There are also several lakes in Cavinti, Laguna but the renowned is the Twin Lakes of Cavinti which consist of the Sierra Lake and the Caliraya Lake. The Caliraya Lake is a man-made lake that was developed to serve as a source of electric power therefore the construction of the Caliraya Dam. Sierra Lake serves as a lake-water reservoir to augment water supply for the Caliraya Dam. It is only in these (twin) lakes where one can catch the American Black Bass fish in the entire Philippines. Discover it more at Appetites.
There are a lot more attractions in Cavinti such as historical landmarks like the centuries old Church and the remnants of the past World Wars. Indeed, Cavinti is full of man-made as well as of natural attractions.

Accommodation Options
1.) CAMP-T-HOUSE – There are 5 Accommodation Units here including the Cube-T-House-A&B, Airy-T-House, Tube-T-House, and Slim-T-House.

If during the day-trip whereby accommodation unit will be availed, the rate is similar as overnight.

CCTVs are installed secretly.

We suggest that you schedule your trip to the t & b during times when only few guests are using it like during the late evening or at the break of dawn.
